Tomorrow in Pisticci, presentation of the tourist destination brand “Tra Matera e il Mare”

Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 7th at 18:15 in Piazza Umberto I in Pisticci, during the Lucania Film Festival, the destination marketing project “Tra Matera e il Mare: rural wine experience” and the new tourism brand MATERAMARE will be presented.

The event will take place as part of the packed program of the Lucania Film Festival, particularly during the live podcasting of the Radio Festival, which this year celebrates 100 years of RADIO with the theme “The Society of Fatigue”. The live podcasting, titled “Fatigue Generates Beauty” curated by TAM, will feature guests such as Severino Fiore, Giuseppe Lalinga, and Alessandro Martemucci, representatives of the project.

The objective of the “Between Matera and the Sea: rural wine experience” project is to create tourist routes that start from Matera and reach the sea, promoting the culture and inland municipalities, businesses, and the territory more generally through forms and experiences of rural and slow tourism. The project is funded under the FEASR Basilicata 2014-2020 Program Measure 16.3 and managed by Studio Risorse S.r.l. in cooperation with Lucanian agricultural and wine-producing companies F.lli Dragone, Masseria Crocco, and Fontanarosa Vini, along with numerous other partners involved.

During the event, participants will have the opportunity to discover new inclusive tourist routes and the region’s excellences, immersing themselves in Lucanian rural traditions, enhancing the territory between Matera and the Sea through an innovative and sustainable perspective.
